- Full accountability for upkeep of all production, fulfilment and site equipment.
- Fault-find and troubleshoot a broad range of plant in a high-volume environment.
- 41 hours/week on rotating days/nights shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am).
- Lead shift operations; coach and guide the team during daily run.
- Own machinery reliability; respond to breakdowns and diagnose to SOP.
- Root Cause Analysis of efficiency losses and major breakdowns.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong multi-skilled engineering background with an apprenticeship.
- Electrical bias with experience in electrical diagnostics.
- HNC level qualification in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in an Engineering or Senior Technician role.
- Supervisory experience and knowledge of safety legislation.
- PC literacy in cloud-based systems and Google Suite.
