🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Eng or related field
- 3+ years in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with PLM and MES software
