🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ manufacturing engineering or related field
- 1+ years experience in hardware/manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with scaling manufacturing from NPI to mass production
- Experience with root cause analysis and Kaizen
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD or Altium/OrCAD)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification (preferred)
- Automation, robotics or Industry 4.0 experience (preferred)
