Coordinate avionics hardware flow through harness, EM, and battery assembly.
Collaborate with techs, engineers, and supply chain to stage materials and tooling.
Track work orders and hardware readiness with required docs.
Identify and escalate issues affecting production schedules.
Maintain accurate build status in internal tracking tools.
Facilitate communication across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
2+ years of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
2+ years of Smartsheet.
Highly detail oriented and self-starter.
Forklift experience.
Willingness to work evenings/weekends; lift up to 25lbs.
