🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in aerospace, manufacturing, materials, mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
- 1+ years in manufacturing and process design (internships/academic experience applicable).
- Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Hands-on project experience with high-rate manufacturing lines, maximizing yield and rate.
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly, testing, FMEA, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, electrical, and/or structural systems.
