- Lead end-to-end hardware lifecycle from prototype to fulfillment.
- Manage vendor relationships and set long-term hardware strategy.
- Oversee manufacturing, FATP, build readiness, and quality checks.
- Lead supply planning and optimization with cross-functional alignment.
- Establish hardware KPIs, dashboards, and executive visibility.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, Support and Operations to translate demand into hardware plans.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in hardware operations, supply chain, or hardware program management.
- Deep understanding of contract manufacturing, BOM, logistics, and quality processes.
- Strong vendor management with EMS/ODM/CM partners.
- Exceptional communication, cadence, and executive reporting skills.
- A builder who can establish repeatable processes and operational discipline.
- Solid knowledge of EMS, POS/Kiosk devices, or retail hardware is a plus.
