📋 Description

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans for the Speechify Web app.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with engineers to document defects with steps and evidence.
• Maintain QA docs: test cases, regression suites, release validation.
• Triage issues with Product/Engineering/Support based on user impact.
• Participate in Agile sprints ensuring QA is embedded in lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years manual QA testing of web applications.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, regression, exploratory testing, bug reporting.
• Experience in Agile teams collaborating with engineering and product.
• Excellent troubleshooting and clear defect communication.
• Familiarity with Jira or Linear and browser dev tools.
