📋 Description

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for Speechify Web app across core user flows.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to verify features, fixes, and releases.
• Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects with clear steps and expected vs actual results.
• Maintain QA documentation including test cases, regression suites, reports, and release validation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to triage issues by user impact.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring QA is embedded throughout the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing for Web applications.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; clear defect documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira/Linear or similar bug-tracking tools; browser dev tools.
