📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual test plans and test cases for the Speechify Web app.
• Perform manual testing across browsers and devices for new features and bug fixes.
• Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects with clear steps.
• Maintain QA documentation including test cases, regression suites, and release notes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage issues by impact.
• Participate in Agile rituals to embed QA throughout the development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing, focused on Web applications.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
• Experience in Agile environments, collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving, with clear issue communication.
• Strong written communication for documenting defects and test results.
