Develop and execute manual test plans and cases for SIMBA, ensuring broad coverage.
Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate features.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to reproduce, isolate, and document defects with steps and expected results.
Maintain QA documentation, including test cases, regression suites, and release validation summaries.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to triage issues by impact.
Participate in Agile workflows, ensuring QA is embedded throughout the lifecycle.
