Manual Quality Assurance Engineer, SIMBA Team - Brno, Czech Republic

📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual test plans and cases for SIMBA Team, ensuring core flows and edge cases coverage.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices for new features, bug fixes, and releases.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to reproduce, isolate, and document defects with steps and evidence.
• Maintain QA documentation including test cases, regression suites, reports, and release validation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage issues by user impact and priority.
• Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives with QA embedded throughout.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing, with a strong focus on Web apps.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving; ability to isolate root causes and clearly document defects.
• Strong written communication, especially documenting defects and test results, plus familiarity with Jira/Linear.
