Manual Quality Assurance Engineer, SIMBA Team

📋 Description

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and cases for SIMBA, covering core flows and edge cases.
• Perform manual testing across browsers and devices to validate features, fixes, and releases.
• Collaborate with engineers/product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects with steps.
• Maintain QA documentation, including test cases, regression suites, reports, and release validation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage issues by user impact.
• Participate in Agile rituals to embed QA in the development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in manual QA testing with a focus on Web apps.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
• Experience in Agile with cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving; isolate root causes and communicate clearly.
• Strong written communication for documenting defects and results.
