Manual Quality Assurance Engineer, SIMBA Team

📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual test plans and cases for SIMBA, covering core flows.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices for new features.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to reproduce, isolate, and document defects.
• Maintain QA docs: test cases, regression suites, and release validation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage issues by user impact.
• Participate in Agile workflows ensuring QA is embedded in the development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing, focused on web apps.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory testing.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; clear issue communication.
• Familiarity with Jira/Linear or similar tools; browser dev tools.
