- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to triage issues by user impact.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure QA is embedded throughout the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of manual QA testing with a focus on Web apps.
- Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
- Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving; ability to isolate root causes.
- Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar bug tracking systems.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with accessibility testing and WCAG guidelines.
- Familiarity with text-to-speech technologies or audio-based products.
- Exposure to test automation tools (even if not building automation).
- Experience validating APIs using Postman.
