Manual Quality Assurance Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans for SIMBA Team.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices for new features.
• Document defects with steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence.
• Maintain clear QA documentation, including test cases, regression suites, and release validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to triage issues by user impact.
• Participate in Agile rituals, ensuring QA is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing for web apps.
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, design, regression, exploratory testing.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and defect communication.
• Strong written communication; Jira, Linear; browser dev tools.
