  • Escalate issues to teammates and engineering when needed.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional attitude.
  • Proactively follow up until issues are resolved.

  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Support or CS role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
  • Must have Phone Support experience.
  • Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll and related HR products.
  • Willing to work US time zones.
