🎯 Requirements
- Significant experience in management/tech consulting or transformation within Wealth Management.
- Strong track record delivering complex transformations, platform implementations, and operating model redesign.
- Deep understanding of Wealth Management models, client journeys, and advisory processes.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders across business, tech, operations, risk, and compliance.
- Experience shaping commercial opportunities, proposals, and responding to RFPs.
- Experience in Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks with pragmatic leadership.
