🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in Wealth Management with consulting, delivery leadership, or transformation
- Experience leading conversions and migrations (platform modernization, custodial transitions, data integrations)
- Strong domain knowledge across front, middle, and back office and client reporting
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, data governance, and change management
- Demonstrated success building executive relationships across large, matrixed organizations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
