📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end post-merger integration programmes with governance and value realisation
  • Advise executive/C-suite through complex integration challenges
  • Design and run integration operating models and IMOs
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across business, tech, data, and change
  • Develop Capco PMI capability via propositions, client engagement, and mentoring

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant experience leading PMI delivery within consulting or complex orgs
  • End-to-end PMI delivery with governance and change leadership
  • Experience delivering integrations in Financial Services or regulated industries
  • Experience in large-scale Management Consulting with senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of business, technology, operating model, and culture in integration
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management in ambiguity
