🎯 Requirements

- Deep understanding of finance operating models, controls, regulatory change
- Strong commercial awareness with business development and client mgmt
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-performing environments
- Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience leading Basel, IFRS, PRA, Solvency II, EBA changes
- Expertise in digital and automation tools (RPA, Gen AI, cloud) for finance
- Consulting background with growth and capability development
- Strong governance, risk management, and client delivery experience
