Managing Principal - Data

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of data projects across APAC for financial services clients.
• Define client data strategy, vision, objectives and OKRs.
• Assess data capabilities via maturity models and workshops.
• Map pain points to data capabilities (Governance, Quality, Architecture).
• Review data processes and governance; propose improvements.
• Define data TOM with processes, roles & governance in BAU.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in a large global consulting firm in data/tech with banking/insurance projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; work without direct control.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and lead data/tech propositions.
• Deep knowledge of Data Strategy, Data Management, Data Analytics; DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, CDMC.
• Experience mapping data capabilities (Governance, Quality, Architecture) and delivering TOMs.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences, managing multiple workstreams.
