• Manage a growing team of writers, video producers, and social media creatives.

• Lead city coverage for Central US and Canada with cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee hiring for new writers and social media creatives.
• Collaborate with regional editors and the Executive Editor of North America to set strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years newsroom, content agency, or digital media experience.
• Proficient English; a second language is a plus.
• Strong journalism, social media, and digital marketing passion.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving digital startup environment.
• Leadership: able to lead and hire/mentor a team.
• Hands-on knowledge of the current social media landscape.
