📋 Description

• Lead operational strategy across enrollment, facilities, tech, and compliance.
• Directly manage key operational functions and roles.
• Align day-to-day operations with mission and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee risk management, safety, and campus support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of operations experience, with ≥5 in leadership.
• Experience leading multiple functions at a similarly complex scale.
• Charter/district school or nonprofit experience; CA charter/LEA preferred.
• Deep understanding of school/nonprofit ops, policy, and procedures.
• Ability to lead and hold accountable a diverse team of leaders.
