Lead and/or support teams executing transition activities: planning, kickoff, execution
Maintain a centralized view of transition activity: pipeline, engagements, demand
Define and improve standardized transition playbooks and tools for scalability
Ensure consistent execution of transition frameworks: kickoff, status, milestones
Partner with sales and delivery to align readiness with pipeline growth

🎯 Requirements

15+ years in finance transformation or managed services, delivering large programs
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs and manage concurrent engagements
Finance operations (R2R, P2P, O2C), processes, and ERP/EPM/automation tools
Experience building dashboards to track status, risks, and capacity
Executive communication and stakeholder engagement; influence senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams
