📋 Description

• Build and maintain senior-level relationships across developers, IPPs, utilities, sponsors
• Advise on capital structure and debt formation strategies
• Leverage Crux Market Intelligence for market trends and deal structuring
• Drive value from Crux software and Intelligence platforms for clients
• Lead debt advisory mandates across clean energy and infrastructure
• Identify and convert new coverage opportunities and develop financing proposals

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in power & utilities, renewables, or infrastructure finance
• Transaction experience in project finance debt, leveraged finance, or infra debt
• Familiar with lender landscape across banks, insurers, private credit funds in clean energy
• Proven track record in originating and executing debt advisory mandates
• Experience across equity, M&A, and tax equity
• FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63; willing to obtain sponsorship
