- 5+ years in general management with P&L ownership and global scale.
- Proven cross-functional alignment and execution in matrix organizations.
- Strong background in developer tools, media workflows, or cloud-based SaaS.
- Exceptional communication and leadership, with the ability to influence.
- Strategic thinker with execution focus and hands-on approach.
