📋 Description

• Lead high-impact engagements across industries and complex topics.
• Advise clients on technical accounting, transactions, and regulatory reporting.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships; expand CFGI's market presence.
• Drive firm initiatives, mentor high-performing teams.
• Interact with clients' executive teams and auditors as subject matter experts.
• Oversee all aspects of client engagements, from scoping to delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or MBA.
• 14+ years in accounting, finance, or consulting (Big 4 preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP.
• Proactive in identifying client needs; strong relationships.
• Highly organized; able to set engagement direction.
• Analytical, critical thinking; entrepreneurial and ethical.
• High energy; commitment to quality client service.
• Seek ongoing training; develop firm training materials; enhance firm knowledge.
