📋 Description

• Lead high-impact engagements across industries and accounting topics.
• Advise clients on technical accounting, transactions, and regulatory reporting.
• Build long-term client relationships and expand CFGI's market presence.
• Mentor teams; drive firm initiatives and thought leadership.
• Interact with executives and auditors; guide complex accounting conclusions.
• Oversee engagements from scoping to execution; ensure quality deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or MBA with solid exp.
• 14+ years in accounting, finance, or consulting; Big 4 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Proactive in identifying client needs; builds strong relationships.
• Highly organized; sets engagement expectations and direction.
