• Experience with subscription/retainer/outcome pricing.
• Manages senior stakeholders in complex, political orgs.
• Financial fluency: margins, costs, pricing strategies.
• Leads high-performance teams with clear direction.
• Familiar with content production at scale and AI considerations.
