🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in client-facing leadership at an agency, production company, or consultancy
- Experience with subscription, retainer, or outcomes-based models
- Track record managing senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed orgs
- Financial fluency: margin, pricing, and unit economics
- Able to lead a high-performance team without micromanaging
- In-person presence with client team in Seattle or Los Angeles
