• Lead operations for the Electrify Nevada Accelerator in Reno-Tahoe.
• Oversee grant management and EDA compliance.
• Recruit startups and support due diligence for cohorts.
• Track metrics and prepare reports for partners.
• Coordinate events, meetings, mentor/investor swarms, and networking.
• Represent gener8tor in Reno-Tahoe and Nevada energy ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Operations, logistics, program management, and grant management.
• Familiar with federal grants; EDA experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter; venture capital/energy beneficial.
• Knowledge of advanced energy, battery tech, renewables.
• Willing to travel up to 25%; nights and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication for grant reports.
