• Source, originate, and structure commercial private credit transactions.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual funding targets.

• Partner with underwriting and risk teams.
• Mentor junior professionals and expand market coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 - 20 years in commercial lending or private credit.
• Self-motivated with ability to self-source opportunities in assigned market channel.
• Strong track record of deal origination and execution.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and alternative financing; strong South Florida network.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
