- Experience as Head of Growth, Director of Marketing, or GTM operator at startups/high-growth.
- Proven ability to scale acquisition and revenue in B2B contexts.
- Deep knowledge of paid acquisition, demand gen, lifecycle marketing, positioning, and optimization.
- Fluency in analytics, attribution, and revenue modeling; hands-on and strategic.
- Mindset: high-agency, metrics-driven, adaptable in ambiguity.
