Deal Execution & Settlement
Coordinate oversight of execution workflows from launch through pricing and settlement
Partner with Operations and external parties on wiring, delivery, and timelines
Maintain execution checklists, timelines, and open-item trackers
Syndicate Process / Allocations & Communications
Manage syndicate communications and documentation with team members

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in a similar role
FINRA SIE and Series 7; Series 24 preferred or within six months
Knowledge of securities industry concepts, esp ECM and capital markets
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
