Advise clients on technical accounting, transactions, and regulatory reporting.
Build and manage long-term client relationships and grow CFGI's market presence.
Drive firm initiatives, mentor high-performing teams, and develop thought leadership.
Interact with client executives and auditors; lead engagements from scoping to delivery.
Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

14+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or consulting (Big 4 preferred)
Undergraduate degree in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or MBA; equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Proactive in identifying client needs and building strong client relationships
Ability to lead engagements from scoping to execution and mentor teams
