🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
8+ years in management in start-up/O2O/eCommerce/logistics.
Strategic thinker with big-picture view; breaks work into steps.
Proactive; takes initiative and offers strategies.
Proven UK management track record.
Excellent communication and negotiation; strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English required.
