Draft and review partnership agreements to mitigate risk and scale deals.
Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Finance and cross-functional teams on deals.
Develop templates, playbooks, and resources for partnership contracts.
Support EMEA sales as needed and coordinate with regional counsel.

🎯 Requirements

Partnership and embedded/reseller/channel agreement experience required.
Expertise in enterprise SaaS agreements and global sales support.
HR tech industry experience or familiarity with HR services agreements beneficial.
Strong contract drafting skills to protect Remote's interests.
Strong negotiation skills to move deals forward.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
