  • Partnership and embedded/reseller/channel agreement experience required.
  • Expertise in enterprise SaaS agreements and global sales support.
  • GDPR/data protection knowledge essential; U.S. data protection a plus.
  • Strong drafting skills to craft clear, enforceable partnership frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex commercial challenges.
  • Independent worker with ability to collaborate across teams.
