Strategize, draft, and negotiate embedded, channel, and referral partner agreements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to structure deals and mitigate risks.
Develop templates, playbooks, and processes around partnership deals.
Serve as legal contact for EMEA sales; collaborate with regional counsel.
Provide legal training and guidance to Partnerships and GTM teams.
Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic business partner.

🎯 Requirements

Partnership and embedded/reseller/channel agreement experience.
Enterprise SaaS agreements and global sales support experience.
HR tech experience beneficial.
Strong data protection knowledge (GDPR; US laws a plus).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for clear partnership frameworks.
Able to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
