🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related analytical field.
- 8+ years in forecasting and demand/supply planning in hardware/electronics; 3+ years leading teams.
- Experience owning demand and/or supply forecasts for complex hardware portfolios across regions.
- Strong analytical skills; Excel/Google Sheets; ability to build models and dashboards.
- Ability to translate data into concise executive narratives including risks and actions.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain; experience with S&OP/IBP.
