🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, IS, CS, eng, or econ; or 8+ yrs WFM.
5+ years as workforce planning leader in tech CS/customer success.
SQL and dashboards experience (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
Forecasting and capacity planning for globally distributed teams (FTE + BPO).
