  • Forecast staffing needs considering contact volume and SLAs
  • Lead tactical staffing and align agent schedules to inbound demand
  • Generate reports showing productivity or performance changes
  • Collaborate with BPO partner leadership to schedule agents
  • Own scenario modeling for adhoc staffing reallocations and what-if analyses
  • Be within commuting distance of NY, SF, Phoenix or LA hubs

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years experience, 4+ in Workforce Management
  • Strong data analysis skills; proficient in SQL
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven experience with Zendesk and other CS systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to move fast with little structure and guidance
