Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday dashboards for People team and beyond.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize and automate the reporting process.
Maintain Workday reporting configuration to reduce tech debt and improve quality.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

🎯 Requirements

4 years of experience with Workday reporting tools, data analysis, and data models.
Experience with Workday Prism.
Bonus points: Workday reporting certification.
