Manager, Wholesale Account Operations

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day wholesale operations and transactions.
• Develop and guide the Customer Happiness Associate.
• Set team priorities and balance workload across the group.
• Respond to retailer inquiries on orders, shipments, pricing.
• Build cross-functional ties with operations, finance, and Sales.
• Ensure end-to-end order cycle knowledge and identify gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in operational or cross-functional PM roles.
• Customer or account-facing background.
• Deep understanding of wholesale order cycle.
• NetSuite/ERP experience; EDI or SPS a bonus.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and mentor teammates.
