Lead the WFM Team
Mentor analysts and schedulers for forecasting and real-time management
Own Workforce Planning across Support, Success, and other teams
Build staffing models; inform hiring decisions with Finance, People Ops, and RevOps
Deliver forecasts and insights to keep service levels on target
Develop dashboards and reports for forecast accuracy and performance

🎯 Requirements

8 years of WFM experience in a customer-facing org
2+ years leading or managing WFM teams
Hands-on with WFM tools (Assembled strongly preferred)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Experience collaborating with Support, Success, or Sales teams
Bonus: Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
