  • Directly support Welcome Center lobby reception, intake, and navigation.
  • Manage daily lobby operations for safety, ADA access, and smooth flow.
  • Oversee front desk, visitor management, mail deliveries, and vendor check-ins.
  • Assist clients navigating services; coordinate transportation and warm transfers.
  • Track performance metrics to improve efficiency and client experience.
  • Lead Kaizen and process improvements; coordinate GLIDE events.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Social Work, Operations Mgmt, or related field; or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in operations, facilities, or lobby reception management.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
  • Experience implementing operations plans, workflows, and visitor management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Kaizen/Lean and trauma-informed service approaches.
