- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
- Experience implementing operations plans, workflows, and visitor management.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Kaizen/Lean and trauma-informed service approaches.
