Lead and develop a team of Warehouse Support Associates providing tech support for warehouse systems.
Ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of warehouse tech and automation.
Oversee day-to-day technical support for warehouse devices, systems, and infrastructure.
Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, and vendors to align tech with operational priorities.
Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and scheduling of staff.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in warehouse ops IT/technical support, with ≥2 years in leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Hands-on WMS, RF, conveyors, and warehouse automation.
Experience with ticketing systems, incident management, metrics.
Proven ability to manage and develop hourly/technical support teams.
Experience in retail/e-commerce or high-volume distribution environments (preferred).
