Lead high-volume outbound B2C warehouse operations for same-day shipping
Supervise picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment teams
Coordinate with DCs and other departments to resolve orders, inventory, invoicing
Develop and enforce safe, efficient, compliant warehouse processes
Plan labor, assign tasks, train staff; monitor performance
Work with global logistics and external shippers to ensure on-time delivery

🎯 Requirements

Excellent organizational and managerial skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
3-5 years supervisory warehouse experience in automated environments
Bachelor's in Business Management or related field preferred (or equivalent)
