Manager, Vehicle Software Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Work with leadership to ensure Vehicle Software Infrastructure tools enable fast, rigorous work.
• Create and roll out new processes and tools; prune ineffective ones to scale.
• Manage a team of engineers maintaining infrastructure tools and building new features for Stage Testing.
• Mentor VSI engineers; ensure processes reduce technical risk.
• Review interfaces between ground and vehicle software to boost robustness and tool performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams delivering Software Infrastructure on complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; coordinating across engineering, Ground Software, integration, and executive teams.
• Experience driving operational improvements, asset utilization, and process standardization within technical laboratory environments.
• Nice to have: Prior experience scaling software infrastructure for rapidly growing aerospace programs.
• Nice to have: Prior Space industry experience.
