🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years in aerospace vehicle programs.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering hardware on complex cross-functional programs.
- Mentoring and technical leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Python or similar for scientific computing and automated data analysis.
- 1D flow modeling experience using hand calculations or tools (GFSSP, FloCAD, or equivalent).
- Experience with CFD tools (STAR-CCM+, Fluent, FLOW-3D) and workflows for hardware design.
